To enter the Open Exhibition, please print out and complete the registration form below and return it by 31st August to Susan Charter, 40 Derby Road, Melbourne, Derbyshire, DE73 8FE. Any late entries will be at the discretion of the Festival Committee.

All paintings and pictures should be framed and ready to hang, and be clearly labelled on the back with your:

Telephone number (plus additional contact number if this is different over the Festival weekend)

• If you are submitting work other than paintings or pictures, please describe what method of display is required. Eg table top, floor standing, and the dimensions.

• Exhibitors are requested to limit their entries to a maximum of 10.

• All work should be original and for sale and will be covered by normal public liability insurance whilst in our possession.

• Commission on sales will be 20% with a £2.50 hanging fee for each entry. Display facilities for free-standing items eg tables, will be £10.00.

• Submissions should be delivered to the Bill Shone Leisure Centre, High Street, Melbourne, 6-8pm on Friday 12^th September, and collected

5-6.30pm on Sunday 14^th September. Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for any submissions not collected on Sunday evening, without prior arrangement.

• It may be necessary to limit the number of works displayed due to demand and space restrictions, which will be at the discretion of the Festival Committee.
