The Melbourne Festival Open Art Exhibition has gone from strength to strength over the last four years in terms of the standard and number of entries, 2009 was definitely the best ever! Sharon Hurd Emporium Gallery sponsored the Open Art Exhibition in 2009 and the £100 Open Exhibition Award for the most inspiring piece in the Exhibition was awarded to Loughborough based Artist Stuart Hill for his painting last year.
